The oblique rubber eye shade makes viewing morecomfortable while shiedling the green glow of the electro/optical lightamplifier from outside observation. The powerful built-in infrared illuminatorprovides additional 'invisiable' light to enhance viewing when the subject is inshadows or complete darkness. The Mini Osprey offers a unique remoteon-off switch that can be located on the stock of a forepiece of a rifle, thusenabling the shooter to acitvated the NV scope without removing their handsfrom the weapon.
